8.00: You will get picked up from your hotel in Hanoi city. The first place we visit is Tran Quoc Pagoda.
This is the oldest temple in Hanoi and it is also a symbol of Vietnamese Buddhism. The architecture of the Pagoda is in the style of Asian Buddhism. At around 08.45: We visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum's area
Here, you will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside, the area of Uncle Ho's stilt house, the fish pond, the 1000-year-old One Pillar Pagoda in this area. The tour guide will tell you about the life of the hero - the father of Vietnamese people in their subconsciously.
At around 11.00: We visit the highlight of the tour - Military History museum.
This is the museum that keeps almost the most complete data on the history of thousands of years of Vietnam since the Stone Age. The museum is highlighted by hundreds of weapons associated with the two famous wars of the Vietnamese with the French and American colonialists. Your guide will show you some stories and some reasons why the Vietnamese were able to win wars in the past.
At 12.30, we will come to the local restaurant to enjoy your lunch. We will choose the most typical foods of Vietnamese cuising. We can sit on the street or the popular restarant if you don't mind.
After lunch, we will spend time to relax on the RAILWAY STREET. This is an emerging place in Hanoi city recently years. This area is located next to the Old Quarter of Hanoi and is an extremely interesting place. It has attracted a lot of tourists here. They opened a lot of coffee shops along both sides of the railway. It's a very strange feeling when you have to get up while drinking coffee to let the train to pass if you are there at the train's time . This is also a place you can check in and you will have many special photos.
At around 14:00, we start visiting Temple of Literature.
This can be called the symbol of Vietnam's education sector. It stores many data related to the Old education of Vietnam in the past 1000 years. The Temple of Literature is designed in a typical Asian architectural style, combined with elements of feng shui to built the first National University of Vietnam.
At around 15.00: The next place we visit will be Hoa Lo prison - Hanoi Hilton.
This is an old prison built by the French people in 1896 to jail Vietnamese political prisoners or those with anti-French ideology when they invaded Vietnam. Hoa Lo is understood is FURACE that burns everything. After Vietnam's independence, this place was used to jail many American pilots from 1964 to 1972. The American pilots called this place - Hanoi Hilton.
When visiting Hoa Lo prison, you can see the harshness of the detention conditions imposed by the French on the Vietnamese people as well as the undying fighting spirit of the Vietnamese people for the spirit of independence.
After about 1 hour visit, we return to your hotel. Your trip will be finished at around 16.30pm. Service ends.
